At Umi Tea Sets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our teaware. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the teaware to begin the return or exchange process.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the items in their original protective padding and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
